Staff

The biggest asset of Compass Christian Centre and what makes the centre different from others, has been the staff. With a history full of challenges and highly skilled workers, we are used to hosting a huge variety of guest groups.

There are full time staff and volunteers who work to communicate the Christian word within the Centre itself and also in an outdoor framework.

For some posts we will be looking for particular skills or experience, but the most important aspect needed is a desire to please God and a proactive attitude towards hard work.

We have a variety of requirements and wish to attract those who wish to communicate the word of God in an outdoor environment.

All team members are committed Christians who believe that they are at Compass to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. We share a love of working with and for people and have the confidence that we can make a difference in the lives of guests and colleagues. We believe that Jesus is the Son of God who came down to this earth and showed real love by giving up His life so that we might get to know a God who creates, loves and sustains life.
